
It’s Susannah Conway’s August Break time again and I loved doing it last year so I thought I’d give it another go.
Here is my banh mi thit and it was so tasty. The crunchy bread roll crumbled with every bite and I couldn’t help but savour the flavour. I love Vietnamese food and I go a bit gaga at every chance I come across it.
Although we try to do paleo as much as possible, we want the baby in my belly to get accustomed to different cuisines, so we haven’t limited my palette over the past 38 weeks 😉
Needles to say I love food, my Instagram feed is basically my food (and drink) diary. When I look back at my photos, I can’t help but smile.
