Last week I attended the Wake Up retreat which gave me the chance to dedicate the time to be mindful, reflect and come back to myself. I’m still beaming from the retreat and have been sending love and light to those I hold close to my heart. 

I especially want to send lots of cuddles and wish my nephew Jacob a very happy fourth birthday! Watching him grow up into a little chatty dude has been such an honour. He reminds me to enjoy the present moment, keeps me smiling and always giggling, even from the other side of the world!
