What you need:
- Strawberries – quartered, diced or in slithers (basically however you like your strawberries)
- Fetta – crumbed or small blocks
- Green beans – with the ends cut off
Assemble it in a bowl and that’s all there is to it!
From memory it also had mint with a balsamic vinegar dressing. But I’ve never been very big on dressing and I really like the combination of sweet and tart flavours and how each mouthful invites a mix of textures.
It’s a nice summer salad and we had it for lunch with a side of steak 🙂
