Tim’s off to the WWDC conference this week and I tagged along today as he picked up his fluro pink name tag and his spunky black jacket. I’ve been an Apple convert for years, but I must say I was still impressed at how fast and easy the registration was. No lines, paperwork or grumpy faces. The guy serving Tim was super friendly and even chatted to me. I am a fan of genuine smiles because I can’t help but reciprocate 🙂
