We
landed in Narita International Airport at 6:00am, I hopped off the plane,
buzzing with excitement and totally sleep deprived. We grabbed our suitcases, got
on the Narita Express and made our way to Tokyo Station. After making our way
through the hustle and bustle of every day commuters we got on our train on the
way to Nakano. We reached our stop and the first thing we did was search for
food. 

Just outside the station is
now my new favourite eatery it has an assortment of fried goodness (as well as
salads and other dishes). One bite from the fried chicken and I was as good as
new. We spent the day wandering around (part of) Shinjuku in search for basic
house supplies, coffee and more food (yes we are all about the food). Here is a
little snapshot of our day:
