According to our One Hundred Push Up program we’ve just finished week three. As you may remember, my initial push up test was a big giant one. When I did my first test the other week I was able to do ten push ups! It was amazing and surreal.
In just twenty days I’ve managed to go from struggling to do one push up to being able to do thirteen real push ups in a row. Pretty darn cool! Today I did a total of 55 reps (made up of sets: 11, 13, 9, 9, 13) with 120 seconds between each set.
It’s such hard work and sometimes I do wonder midway through a push how whether I can finish it or not. But boy it’s so rewarding afterwards. Sore. But good. It has to be one of the easiest (aka you don’t have to think about it) work out ever.
