Today we rode down to Henley Beach from the City with my aunt and her friend. We hired free bikes for the day and set off. An ambitious 37km ride considering we don’t ride! It was tough but got there in the end. As we sat at the cafe watching teams from Tour Down Under have their photos taken.

We capped off the outing with a fish and chip picnic before we headed back for the ride to the city. I’m quite sore and tired but ready for a good rest and another similar outing in the future.
